~Personal Affirmation: Highest and Best Vision of Eka Joti~

I accept all beings, myself included, and all situations with clear presence and deep kindness, and thus am conscious and at ease in all experiences, all circumstances.

Fully groking my inherent, innate completeness, I am at peace, and do not engage with the world seeking and expecting egoic gain, satisfaction, validation, etc.

Being at peace and seeing the inherent perfection of reality, I move in the world solely in service of the awakening of all beings.

Understanding the profound interconnection of all beings and all energies, I apply my time and energy through loving-care in the service of universal welfare.

Not only in my actions, but in my very thoughts and energetic presence, I maintain the highest vibration possible to be as a beacon to others, inviting and calling forth their highest and best selves.

I do not engage in actions that would make me less available to offer service or less conscious to respond to others with skill and ease.

When coming to a moment free of obligation or activity, I rest in my Self, saving my energy and reaffirming my connection with the Real.

Whenever possible, I choose thoughts, visions, energies, beliefs, foods, and environments that care for and nourish the mental, emotional, and physical body and support awakening.

Note: this affirmation is not where I always am. I come in and out of contact with this 'highest and best' version of myself. Sometimes I feel very far from this affirmation, but with sincerity and resolve, I am clearly seeing this Life and Being coming into greater and greater alignment. And at times I find I have dissolved into this truly divine expression of my Self, and know that I am home.

What is your highest, greatest, most beautiful vision or thought about yourself? What would it look like if you lived this thought every moment? Vision become inspiration, inspiration becomes action, action becomes physical reality...this is how we create our selves and our world. It all starts with a vision.

Eka,
An inspiring roadmap to live by, with the understanding that we sometimes stray from the main road. The trick is to find the way back quickly...
